[TYPO3-core] FYI: #17280: The FlashUploader does not disappear anymore

Hi,

the following patch was committed to trunk rev 10296

Problem:
After successfully uploading files, the FlashUploader usually disappears.
This happens if you start the upload from clickmenu in file tree.

Solution:
The clickmenu does a refresh on nav tree (reload) which makes the 
session invalid, and it's total unnecessary at this point.
