[TYPO3-core] FYI Cleanup: Updated ext_emconf.php files in system extensions

I did that a while ago but then thought this was made automatically by 
the release script, this is why I did not do that anymore... 
Furthermore, as we should tag the new version before merging, I'm not 
sure the checksum can be really calculated completely from within the 
external repository (missing "synchronized_from" file for instance).

Anyway, will do that (again) next time.
