[TYPO3-core] RFC #17078: in fileadmin saving changes from t3editor doesn't work

Hi Tobi,

thanks for the update! Almost there:

1) As soon as you deactivate t3editor in fileadmin (the checkbox), I'm
not able to save any file anymore (the Save button doesn't do anything).
 Probably the ExtJS handler should only be applied if the t3editor is
loaded?

2) Add your copyright header to the new .js file please
