[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #17160: htmlArea RTE: Link editing problems in Internet Explorer

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
The approach to updating links was recently changed to fix issues 
arising in Chrome (issue #16124). This is causing some problems when 
editing links in IE, especially when editing lists of links.

Solution:
Revert to the use of execCommand for updating links in IE.
