[TYPO3-core] RFC #17187: CSH tooltip does not render correctly for allowed Excludefields

Hi Stan,

+1 by reading and testing. Good to make it as sequence, i see you became 
a real ExtJs expert ;)

Now i see another glitch :D It's difficult to go up especially in this 
list. You have to move the mouse outside to wait until tip closes.

It should be easy to fix, as the mouseover in tip only should keep the 
tip if there is "more" info available with click icon. i try to fix it 
as follow-up.
