It seems there is a bug in the concept of the rootLevel settings:

DOC_CORE_API says Notice: that the -1 value will still select 
foreign_table records for selector boxes only from root (pid=0)

So it just doesn't work, which is why we have to remove it for now

Maybe this can be fixed in 4.6 though.

Attached V6 just changes the foreign_table_where.
