[TYPO3-core] RFC #17024: Bug: CSH not rendered properly in select-type fields with renderMode = checkbox

Hey Francois,

seems we missed this issue's commit message here :)

Anyways, the commit made itself recognizable by also introducing some 
new issue for fields without CSH (like in backend_layout ;) )

In this case the fields did not get any label anymore as only 
$wrappedText was returned but the default label without wrapped help was 
always in $text. $wrappedText was initialized as empty instead of 
defaulting to $text though.
