[TYPO3-core] FYI #17127: Streamline usage of ExtJS loading indicators

Hi!

The following change has been committed to trunk in rev. 10141

Problem:
Many places use the default ExtJS spinner icon as loading indicator, 
some "our" TYPO3 spinner.

Solution:
Always use ours.

Note:
Screenshots in BT
Visible in EM Remote repository, My Extension (big one) and during 
language update (small one).
Also page tree undelete button in drop zone.
