Fine with me... However, I found that by setting anchorOffset to -10 in 
the tooltip configuration, it would allow to push the anchor slightly to 
the left so as to align it with the help icon of doc headers. This would 
resolve the issue mentioned by Jeff.

I was unable to find a way to push down the top of the tooltip so as to 
position it closer to the label when above, and farther when below.
