[TYPO3-core] RFC #14313: Class prefix problem in getUserObj and callUserFunction (t3lib_div)

This is a SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix(nobrainer)

Problem:

currently only 'user_' and 'tx_' are valid prefixes for 
t3lib_div::callUserFunction(), but 'Tx_' (with a T in uppercase) is the 
most recent convention as used by the widely spread sysext "extbase".

Solution:

add the "Tx_" prefix (with a T in uppercase) to be an allowed prefix as 
well.
