[TYPO3-core] FYI #17094: Bug: Scheduler: Docheader icons should not be underlined

as often, TYPO3 is a bit different here ;-)

IDs are unique per page. The docheaders (the black and grey bars on top 
of the BE) are shown 0 or 1 times in a frame/module, so the ID is 
unique. However, Francois only wants to target the docheader in the 
scheduler module.

I assume, it's caused by another definition in the scheduler CSS (as 
otherwise the whole BE would be affected).
