[TYPO3-core] 0017073: Final Integration of the pagetree

Hi,

it does work for all Core extensions (great work), it still doesn't work 
for any other "web" extension like templavoila or powermail. They're 
still using the old tree.

You title promises a "final" integration but if the old tree is still 
around I'd not call it final :(
