Problem:
When validating the frequency for a task, the Scheduler's BE module does 
not use the new cron command normalizer to validate the cron syntax. 
This makes it impossible to use the full cron syntax, although it is now 
supported.

Solution:
Call the cron parser and restructure frequency validation around this.
