The required icon is inside the textbox now (intended?) and a little too far 
down (Opera, Fedora).

other than that +1 testing on
Win IE8 works, but icon too far down
Win IE9 Prev works, same like IE8
Win Firefox 3.6 works, same as IE8
Win Chrome works, icon looks perfect
Win Safari works, perfect like Chrome
