[TYPO3-core] RFC #17042: Double class attribute for select tag of tceforms "type=select" if using icons

Problem: <select> tag of type=select fields which have icons have a 
double class="" definition. This might confuse browsers. Example: The 
page type selector (page, folder, backend user section, ...) of pages.

Solution: Aggregate needed classes in an array and implode when <select> 
tag is compiled.
