[TYPO3-core] FYI Fixed issue #17012: [reports] Use javascript goToModule() function in the warning message

Hi all,

The attached patch has been committed to trunk in r10066

Problem:
When the status reports detects system issues it modifies the warning 
box in the about modules start module and adds a link to the system 
report which lists more details.

That link currently uses a hardcoded hyperlink, when clicking that, the 
module menu is not updated.

Solution:
To have the module menu updated the goToModule() javascript method 
should be used.
