Hey guys,

This is a SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix
Bugtracker reference: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=16989
Branch: trunk

Problem:
According to [1], form labels should use title case [2]. This is mostly
the case already in the backend but there are several exceptions in
pages and tt_content the should be fixed.

Additionally, some non-existent English words such as Filelinks are
split into two words (File Links).

Solution:
Update the labels.

This is not a change of meaning in the labels, since the wording doesn't
change and it just follows different capitalization/punctuation rules.
Existing labels are changed but the translations should not change.

Thanks,
Jeff
