[TYPO3-core] RFC #16249: Field php_tree_stop is not displayed any more in pages form

Hi,

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The field was forgotten during the transition to the new layout of
Pages. Thanks Nicolas for bringing that to our attention.

Solution:
Add it to Behavior > Misc, as suggested (it was at that context before,
right next to the "Admin_lock".
