[TYPO3-core] RFC bug #16902: Fatal error in tslib_content_text (was: No FE output)

Problem:

Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in 
/home/typo3_src-4.5.0beta3/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/content/class.tslib_content_text.php 
on line 46

This happens when you haven't got a "value" key in a TEXT element and 
still apply some other stdWrap functions to it.

Solution:

Check if the key is set else skip the unset() command.

Attached patch does exactly that.
