[TYPO3-core] RFC #16003 Bug: Original page title is not saved in the table pages_language_overlay

Problem:
Original page title is not saved in the table pages_language_overlay in
field l18n_diffsource the first time the translation is created, hence
translation diff always is marked green.

Solution:
Attached patch will retrieve the original record for new records in
pages_language_overlay.

Notes:
This is my first patch, feedback is most welcomed.
