Test: passingInvalidMarkersThrowsExeption with data set "using non 
alphanumerical character"

In this test there should be a non alphanumerical character to test.

This is done using ß

On my installation (windows) this char is an alphanumerical char, so the 
test fails.

Solution:
use a really non alphanumerical char: ≠
