Hi Tolleiv,

i tested patch with unittest and this works, so +1 by reading and testing.

However i can't reproduce the issue with TV and tx_templavoila_to on 
page type shortcut. it's in extended before/after, but not present in 
appearance tab (before+after).
Instead there are the be layout fields from grid view which should be 
replaced by TV.
