Hi,

the following patch was committed to svn
4_5 rev 10640
trunk rev 10641

Type: Bugfix

it's a bit misleading and bad wording, t3lib_install use property 
INSTALL for saving get properties.
so instead
$install->INSTALL it should be $install->install->INSTALL
and instance of t3lib_install needs to be public to access this property.
