Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

this is part of initial #17719 which was not committed to 4.4 and 4.5 
but should be included in 4.6

The patch refactors the php code of about module.
It also adds a box for the external libraries we use (Thanks to Stefano 
Cecere, see #17228 in mantis)

Further there is a hook to add custom boxes for personalize this screen.
There already exists an extension which male use of this hook:
http://forge.typo3.org/projects/extension-mytypo3
