[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #17695: htmlArea RTE: Removing format may remove content

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Using the remove format dialogue with option for removing all html 
formating removes tags and contents of some inline tags (b,em,i,s,u).

Solution:
Fix the regular expression so that the tags are removed but content is 
preserved.
