[TYPO3-core] RFC #0017708 wrong link in adminpanel: edit page properties

Hi,

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:The edit page properties link in adminpanel is wrong:
instead of alt_doc.php it points to nonexistant alt_document.php

Solution: correct the link

How to test:

use  the edit page properties (pen symbol under edit) button in the
admin panel.
