[TYPO3-core] RFC: #17699: ExtDirect API use relative url for ajax.php

Damn, I was wondering if this line was the cause of my problems I had 
after #17592. But since they were gone after cache clearing I didn't 
investigate any further.

So +1 from reading and testing v2 from me, too ;)
