[TYPO3-core] RFC #17457: Pagetree - User Mount Points are always expanded

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
User Mount Points are always expanded

Solution:
Just always expand the mount points / site root if there is only one of them 
shown.

How To Test:
- Check your site root as admin
- Assign a user at least two database mounts and view the result
- Try the temporary mount points
