[TYPO3-core] RFC #10245: adding itemsProcFunc to wizard functionality

 Hi Sven,

 you're totally right, many core methods throw notices. When 
 contributing new code we have the opportunity to do it better. I'd 
 suggest to use the notice-free code I provided. Do you agree?
