[TYPO3-core] RFC: #17647: Method bytes() in tslib_cObj is deprecated and should be removed

Hi,

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The method bytes() in tslib_cOBj is deprecated since TYPO3 3.6 and is 
scheduled to be removed in TYPO3 4.6

Solution:
Remove the method.

Note:

I did not remove the line from the [CLASS/FUNCTION INDEX of SCRIPT] 
block in the patch.
