Hi,

This is a SVN patch request. Will commit in 24 hours if nobody objects.

Problem:
Install Tool option 'TTFLocaleConv' is deprecated and should be removed 
in 4.6

Solution:
Remove all references and the part where it was in use.

Notes:
It was deprecated in 3.6 and scheduled for removal in 4.6.
