[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed issue #17552: htmlArea RTE: Delete deprecated class HTMLArea.Dialog

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Cleanup

Problem:
HTMLArea.Dialog was deprecated in TYPO3 4.4.

All dialogue windows should now be ExtJS windows.

Solution:
Delete the class.
