[TYPO3-core] RFC #17538: Cleanup: EM XCLASS definition after object instance

Problem:
The EM gets instantiated before the XCLASS definition. 
This means that it's not possible to properly XCLASS the EM.

Solution: 
Attached patch changes the order of the code
