I would say "go" for adding the new label also in 4.3 and 4.4, because
it is really a bug that this label was missing. Once it is translated in
our translation servers it is also available for these older releases.

Our policy only talks about no *change* in existing labels or *deleting*
existing labels. Adding new ones (because of them being missing) should
be perfectly legal.

So I think this one is ready to commit. Right?
