[TYPO3-core] RFC #15979: Media CE: Format of flashvars is not specified anywhere

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Propblem:
The Media CE offers the possibility to add Custom Parameters such as 
flashvars, params or attributes. In the description, the syntax is not 
mentioned anywhere so people must do some try and error.

Solution:
Add the syntax to the description, together with an example.
