[TYPO3-core] RFC: #17502: ExtDirect Exception: "Error parsing json response: null"

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

I guess you have seen this exception, but the reason often is a php 
error or something wrong in response: json expected but string delivered.

Reason is the ExtDirect exception handler, which expects a real exception.

Solution:
Display the error also with php-errors or unexpected results.
