[TYPO3-core] RFC #17495: Add Unit Tests for t3lib_div::resolveBackPath()

Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
There are no tests for this function

Solution:
Add them

Note:
I tried to improve this function speed-wise and thus created the tests. 
However I didn't succeed 100%, as a really tiny problem was left open 
(which doesn't occur in the core, but *maybe* in some extensions). 
Should we take the risk for 1% performance gain? See #17494
