[TYPO3-core] RFC: #17464: ExtDirectCode is added twice

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Though there is an unique check, this won't work anymore for this 
particular piece, as the tokens are included and may change on second 
time called.

Just view HTML source of you backend to see the ExtDirect code double.

Soluton:
use a flag to include it only once
