+1 on reading and testing, committed as nobrainer to:
trunk rev. 10369.
4.5 rev. 10370.

Stumbled upon that, too. This was introduced in rev. 9924 with issue 
"#15853: Improve the look of the admin panel" to 4.5 / trunk only.
