[TYPO3-core] typo3.org down

You're in a bad time zone ;)

Since the day before yesterday the t3o servers seem to have an 
additional downtime from 5am till 6am CET. I don't know, how it's 
related to the manual rendering job at 4:30, which is responsible for 
making the site unavailable for ca. 30min.

But I guess nothing will be changed. Relaunch will fix it. Soon.
