[TYPO3-core] Git problem with supposedly untracked files

Thanks, that allowed me to switch indeed. However my branch is now all 
screwed up. It was just a working branch for Gerrit patch, so it's no a 
big loss, but I really wonder what suddenly made Git screw up my whole 
setup. It's unsettling.
