[TYPO3-core] [FEATURE] Add option to change file size limit of INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT

Hi,

there's a change request pending [1] to make the max. file size of 
included TS files configurable.

As this brings me the "not another new option"™ feeling, I'd like to ask 
to just remove the file size limitation.

What's the reason for this limitation? Big file => big work for the 
parser? Anything more dramatic? If people have so much TS.. why not..
