[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #15339: htmlArea RTE: tkr_rteanchors breaks the link editing dialogue

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Extension tkr_rteanchors breaks the RTE's link editing dialogue. The 
extension does not seem to be supported anymore by its author. It is 
defined as a shy extension.

Solution:
The attached patch adds extension tkr_rteanchors to the list of 
extensions conflicting with htmlArea RTE (in ext_emconf.php).

It then adds an entry in the Report function of the Report module that 
warns of any currently installed extension that is conflicting with the 
proper operation of htmlArea RTE.

Note:
Unfortunately, not much can be done about TYPO3 4.3, but I would like to 
apply the patch to the 4.4 branch if there is no objection.
