[TYPO3-core] RFC #15830: Sprite - IRRE record synchronization icon missing

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
Currently an IRRE icon for the record synchronization is missing and 
only a red X is visivble.

Solution:
Add the icon...

How To Test:
0) Apply the zip archive from the bugtracker entry
1) Install the extension "irre_tutorial" from TER
2) Add a page translation for any page in your tree
3) Add a simple 1:n record from the irre_tutorial to this page
4) Translate the record

Before the patch you have a simple rec X icon. Afterwards the old one 
from 4.3.
