Hi Stan,

it would help a lot to have a better description on how to reproduce. It 
took a while to find out what the problem exac is and how to reproduce 
even with the extension.

So here it is:
* add plugin flexrte as CE on any page. create some section childs.
* now collapse childs and save. After expand, the body of rte isn't 
visible, you have to resize rte to get if usable.

Now apply the patch, don't forget to clear the RTE cache. Then it works.

So +1 by reading and testing, just a hint that a description like above 
helps to get faster tests.
