[TYPO3-core] RFC #15772 template::getHtmlTemplate

This is an SVN patch request.

Summary 	0015772: template::getHtmlTemplate
Description 	The function is not taking into account that an absolute 
path could be provided as it will ALWAYS add the back_path if 'EXT:' is 
not found in the beginning.

The patch will check if an absolute filename is provided. If not the 
back_path is added.
