[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15754: ExtDirect in Frontend

Hi,

The attached version 4 needs again an update of the demo extension. You 
can find this one in the related bugtracker entry.

Changes:

- moved class.t3lib_extjs_extdirecteid.php to class.tslib_extdirectid.php
- added some more methods and properties to the tslib_extdirecteid class 
to look like a class ;-)
- moved the instantiation code to an own file that needs to be 
registered in the demo extension as eID script
- removed the require_once calls for the language related stuff

I hope everyone is happy now.

Note: The require_once call couldn't be removed, because TYPO3AJAX isn't 
autoloaded. Seems to be new stuff for another RFC. ;-)
