[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15754: ExtDirect in Frontend

Hi,

Attached version 3 of the patch...

Changes:

- eID parameter value renamed from TYPO3 to ExtDirect
   -> simplified the action values to "route" and "getAPI"
- getLocationHeaderUrl -> "getRoutingUrl"
   -> also adds the namespace value, because this makes more sense

Note: You need to use the latest version of the demo extension to test 
this version due to the first change. It's attached in the bugtracker 
entry.
