[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15711: Render ModuleMenu with ExtJs, remove the frameset

Hi,

at least i solved the mask for navigation panel not being in upper left 
corner for the first time. It's centered now, but not center of height.
The problem here is that the mask is inserted before the real render 
process. maybe we can set the mask to a fixed position later like top: 
100 left: 100.
