[TYPO3-core] RFC #13705: Record info in workspace always shows live version

Hey all,

this is a SVN patch request.

Description:
When you click on "info" button in the list view and you click on a
element modified in a workspace, the popup always displays the
information of the "LIVE" record, even if you are in a workspace.
